Unicorn Cake
This cake is a unicorn lover's delight. Two layers of vanilla cake swirled with pink and purple (that can also be flavored to taste like berry or cotton candy) filled with buttercream frosting. The unicorn's mane is made with swirls of colorful frosting and the cake is topped with a fondant horn, ears, unicorn sprinkles, and edible glitter and sparkles.
